AKCo retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, frameworks and intellectual property.
Clients retain ownership of their own business materials and data.
Deliverables created specifically for a client may be used by the client for internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
AKCo will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AKCo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Liability arising from services is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.
